How do I get my report?

There are several ways to view the Metro Radio Streaming report you have run:

1) After running your report, simply click Export and choose whether you want a .xls (Excel) or .csv (Comma Separated Values) report:



2) Sometimes you will get the following message:



When running a streaming, format, or station report for the first time this will likely happen. The next time you run the same report it will populate on screen. Following this message you will see:



The report will populate in your Content Manager when complete. You'll also be notified by email that your report is ready.  Your content manager can be found as indicated below:



You will see where you report will populate. When it complete, as before, you can choose whether you want to download as a .xls or .csv on the far right.

When opening the .xls (Excel) file after downloading, the first page will be a summary of the report including a notes section with a recap of what is being shown in the report:



Click "Data" at the bottom of the page to see the contents of your report:



From here you can manipulate the data as needed.
