How do I run a Station Log?

How do I run a Station Log?

You can pull a Station View Report in Metro Radio Streaming that will include Streaming, Airplay Spins, and Audience Data.

In the Metro Radio Streaming (MRS) choose 'Station View' from the Report Type tile:

Choosing Station View will activate the Station tile:

Click on the Station tile to pop up the list of available stations. You can scroll down or simply search a station.

Once you have selected a station, the Streaming Market tile will automatically change to the market the station is in:

You're ready to run the report, simply click the green run button:

What if I get a message saying the report is taking longer than anticipated and will be submitted to the report queue and the status of it can be viewed in the Content Manager?

Note: The first time you run a report for a station, format, or market the report will go to your Content Manager. The report will be cached and the next time you run the same report it should pop up without being queued.

Once you've run the report you'll get the static 4 columns on the left where you can scroll through the stations' log. On the right, where the arrow is, you'll be able to scroll through Streaming, Airplay Spins, and Audience Data sections. Each column is sortable by the carrot. Note: The artist and song columns may take up to 30 seconds due to the depth of the report.

You can search the report for a title or artist by typing what in the 'filter by' box and clicking the flashlight:

At any point you can simply click the 'Export' button in the upper right hand corner to download the report as an Excel or CSV file:

Note: Click 'Feedback' to open a ticket with Client Support.
