How do I request a new password?
If you do not remember your password, please follow the following steps:
- Click on the "Need help signing in?" link at the bottom of the login screen.
- Click on the "Forgot password?" link.
- Enter your email address in the "Reset Password" screen.
- Click on the "Reset via Email" button.
- An email with instructions on resetting your password will be sent to you. Please follow the instructions in the email.
If you don't see the email please check your spam folder.
