How do I report sales from an in-store or Pop-up Fan Experience?

Please review our In-store/Pop up eligibility guidelines thoroughly to ensure that your event meets all requirements for being considered eligible for chart inclusion.

 

Once the In-store/Pop Up eligibility guidelines have been reviewed please submit a ticket including all details around your In-store/Pop-up Fan experience using our Focus Release Campaign Form. In the subject line of the campaign form please include the artist, title and whether an In-store, Pop Up or both. 

 

Please make sure to submit your Focus Release Campaign form no less than 72 hours in advance of the event taking place.
