How does BDS decide which radio stations to monitor?

BDS decides which radio stations to monitor based on an analysis of the needs of all of our clients and partners balanced against our current budget for monitoring.

BDS data is used by a wide variety of groups all of which have different needs regarding which stations they want to see monitored. These groups include Billboard, the record labels, radio groups, performing rights organizations, publishing companies, radio advertisers, music trade associations, management companies, venues, independent music promotion groups and independent radio stations.
