How do Brick & Mortar and Online retailers apply to become sales reporters?

BECOME A REPORTER:
Independent Brick & Mortar stores, as well as Online stores, can become reporting provider of their weekly sales data to Luminate.To become a reporter, please fill out This Form.

RETAILER ONBOARDING PROCESS:
  1. Complete New Provider Form
  2. Luminate Content Services will reach out after reviewing your submission for eligibility.
  3. If eligible, Luminate Content Services will engage Luminate Data Partners for set up.
  4. Set up will include:
    1. Providing File Format
    2. Reporting Instructions (i.e – Frequency, Deadlines)
    3. Test File received from retailer by email
    4. Data Partners Team reviews and provides feedback (if needed)
    5. Test load performed
    6. SFTP credentials provided to reporter
  5. Sales Provider agreement provided by Content Services
  6. Officially On-boarded
